Fundamentals of Foundations: Getting Down to Earth

Gain an understanding of different types of foundation systems and the influencing factors when selecting appropriate foundation systems. Discuss the applicable building code sections regarding foundation design and construction requirements. Common foundations failures are examined and the associated repair techniques. Real world case studies are provided for discussion.
